On the other hand, if they exceed more than 10 increases the probability of up to 41 percent. - Practical minimum of 30 minutes of exercise a day.
- Dine at least two hours before going to bed.
- It is not advisable to sleep with the phone aside.
- Practice relaxing activities: bathing with hot water, reading a book, playing music, applying aromatherapy, among others.
- Try not to take naps during the day to be sleepy at night.
